“Having recently completed the Principles of Pilates and Beginner Mat Course with Stability Plus Pilates, I have been delighted in how I have been able to incorporate what I have learnt into my Personal Training Business. Clients were coming to me with a variety of injuries and restrictions in their range of movement, which they were/are frustrated by. Having had previous injuries myself I knew how Pilates could assist with injury rehabilitation as well as reducing the risk of injury and promoting better balance, flexibility and greater joint mobility. I am now able to offer pilates mat sessions as well as including it within clients Personal Training sessions. I have had great feedback from clients who have benefited immensely from these sessions. I would highly recommend Stability Plus Pilates to anyone eager to gain a greater understanding of Pilates principles and/or a qualification in Pilates Instruction.”
